Swanee Heidberg is a licensed Realtor, Real Estate Investor and a Private Lender. She has seen many people buy homes and be stuck with a 30 year mortgage.  She teaches homeowners how to eliminate their biggest headache, that’s their mortgage.   She’s thrilled to be able to help a young couple with children pay off their mortgage in just a few years and enable them to create a financial worry free life.  She shows older couples how to become debt free and be able to retire while still young enough to truly enjoy what life has to offer.

She works with Realtors and Loan Officers as an added resource to help their clients pay off their new mortgage faster.

She shows business owners how to eliminate their business debt which will result in better cash flow.  She teaches Investors with multiple mortgages to have their debt paid off in a few years which would create a substantial down payment should they desire to do a 1031 exchange (deferred tax) and  buy bigger properties.
