<p>Many of us buy all kinds of things online and never really think about who we are buying from. The fact is that a lot of scammers are out there on the World Wide Web.</p>
<p>Make sure when buying online that you always have https:// showing on the top of the page (URL). If there is no https:// most likely you are buying from someone that has the potential to steal your identity.</p>
<p>What blows me away is the fact that it takes the same amount of time and effort to think of and create something that is good for the mankind as it takes to create something bad that can hurt people.</p>
<p>Basic information is all they need to fraud you. They can open up accounts in your name, create bad debt and mess up your credit.</p>
<p>The internet is an awesome tool. Let’s be safe.</p>
